Succeeding@IBM is a 2 year learning continuum that provides you with information about corporate values, strategy, tools, and the resources necessary to be successful at IBM. This program is comprised of activities along these themes:
- Being an IBMer;
- Understanding IBM;
- Collaborating across IBM;
- Developing my career.
You will be invited to the Succeeding@IBM Orientation session within your first 30 days with IBM. This event introduces you to IBM and begins to answer the following questions:
- What are IBM's products and services?
- What is expected of me as an IBM employee?
- What are the IBM Values and why do they matter to me?
- Who can help me?
- How do I work effectively within a global environment?
After this Orientation session, you will have a variety of other learning activities that will help you on your new employee development journey. They will include learning suites, videos, work-based practice sessions, virtual events, and connecting with experts, including your manager, to make you productive as quickly as possible. Networking is critical to becoming successful at IBM and all the learning activities will help you by leveraging IBM tools and communities.
