- I have been in contact with my manager and/or Connections coach / Buddy / Practice Administrator (PA Global Business Services only).
- I have provided a photocopy of the following items and have returned them along with my acceptance letter:
- Canadian Birth Certificate
- Canadian Citizenship/Permanent Resident Status Card
- Valid Work Permit (parish/municipal birth certificates and Canadian passport not acceptable as proof)
- Social Insurance Card
- Transcript or a copy of your degree
- I am traveling from out of town; I have booked my flights and hotel accommodations through AMEX. If you have questions, please contact your manager and/or Buddy / PA (GBS).
- Please check your "Offer Letter" to see where to report to on your first day. Since we offer the new employee training program in three different locations, it is important to confirm which city you are registered in to take the Your IBM training.
- I understand first day logistics - directions, time, location, person meeting me, dress code, etc. If you have questions, please contact your manager and/or Buddy / PA (GBS).
- I have a blank cheque to bring on day one for the direct deposit form (do not void your cheque). Or, if a blank check will not be provided, I know my bank account number, bank transit number, bank number and bank name for the direct deposit form.
- I have or know the deductions I want to use when I complete my tax information.
