Will I be contacted after I submit my application?

Only those who have matching skills and qualifications will be contacted.


If I am selected for an interview, what kind of interview will I receive?

IBM Canada Ltd. uses an interview style that is behaviorally based. This means that we will be asking you questions about previous experiences you have had in terms of competencies and technical skills. Your interview will be 30 to 60 minutes in length and will be conducted by an IBM Canada Ltd. employee or manager.


How many documents can I attach as part of my application?

You can attach up to five documents at any one time and delete as necessary.

Will I be required to travel?

Some positions require minimal or no travel, others may require moderate up to extensive travel. Check individual job postings for specific information.


Can I update my application after it has been submitted?

Yes, provided the job you applied to is still posted. Click on the particular job link, then click on "Apply Online." Your previous application will be presented for your review and modification(s). Once you have completed your modification(s), please ensure to follow through to the end of the application and click on "Submit" again - otherwise, your changes will not be saved.
