Test 000-156: System x Server Family Technical Support V1
The System x Family Technical Support candidate will have extensive experience with the System x product family and hands on experience with complex customer environments, buying behavior, and solutions. The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of configuration, planning, implementing and support of the System x product family including rack servers, BladeCenter, iDataPlex, Platform Computing, Pure Systems and ancillary equipment and software. A minimum of 18 months is recommended.
This test replaces all previous versions of the System x Technical and Technical Expert certification, which have been withdrawn or will be withdrawn shortly. All serious candidates should prepare for test 000-156.
This certification requires one test:
