Additionally the certified candidate will be capable of hardware installation, migration and the ongoing support of the relevant platforms. Designing/Planning the Installation (42%) - Determine the impact of BladeCenter and System x sizing for a System i (for example, storage/disk management for each server).

Installing and Configuring the Hardware (27%) - Describe cabling requirements including HSL, SPCN, KVM, networking, and so on.
- Describe how to create iSCSI network server descriptions on a System i.

- Describe troubleshooting procedures for installation.
- Set up physical, virtual, and iSCSI networking.
