Design an Innovation enabled by On Demand Business solution

1. Follow industry-accepted principles for solution design (i.e., best practices, methodologies, architectural approaches).
2. Evaluate and select patterns based on customer requirements.
3. Identify and evaluate solution options to finalize an approach.
4. Assemble components into a functional Innovation enabled by On Demand Business solution based on business requirements.
5. Identify and evaluate solution component options.
6. Incorporate ease-of-use requirements into the solution design.
7. Create a projection of the ROI/TCO of the solution.

Validate the Innovation enabled by On Demand Business design

1. Validate solution design meets functional requirements.
2. Validate design meets non-functional requirements.
3. Validate solution design meets quality of service and SLAs.
4. Validate that the design functions within the customer's infrastructure.
5. Validate that the design functions within the customer's business processes.
6. Validate that the solution moves the customer further along the Innovation enabled by On Demand Business continuum.
7. Validate solution design meets customer's long-term requirements.
8. Participate in Solution Assurance Review.

Present solution to the customer

1. Tailor presentation to the customer audience (i.e., business, IT, etc.).
2. Use appropriate delivery methods to present the solution (i.e., demos, proof of concepts, etc.).
3. Provide design-related evidence for ROI and TCO of the solution.
4. Address customer feedback regarding the design.

Assist the project management team with implementation and deployment

1. Engage relevant services/resources to deploy the solution.
2. Provide guidance on project calls or meetings.
3. Provide input into the cost, time, and resource estimates.
