4. Set up and demonstrate a Proof of Concept (PoC) for a proposed solution.

Implement a solution

1. Perform physical installation planning and review.
2. Install, setup, and configure the proposed solution.
3. Install and configure box management and multipathing driver software.
4. Demonstrate solution is complete and functioning.

Facilitate post-installation tasks

1. Create a Customer Support Plan.
2. Investigate post-installation problems and make recommendations to the customer about appropriate actions to resolve a problem.
3. Given a scenario involving a change in client needs, identify post-installation storage upgrade options.
