- Set up and demonstrate a Proof of Concept (PoC) for a proposed solution.
Implement a solution - Perform physical installation planning and review.
- Install, setup, and configure the proposed solution.
- Install and configure box management and multipathing driver software.
- Demonstrate solution is complete and functioning.
Facilitate post-installation tasks - Create a Customer Support Plan.
- Investigate post-installation problems and make recommendations to the customer about appropriate actions to resolve a problem.
- Given a scenario involving a change in client needs, identify post-installation storage upgrade options.
