Course abstract: This course provides an introduction to defect and change request tracking, and instruction on how to use IBM ® Rational ClearQuest ® to manage this process. Students will learn to use ClearQuest to submit change requests, track requests from submission to resolution, and generate charts and reports for change and defect tracking results. The functions of ClearQuest are available across various platforms. Students will leave this course with a working knowledge of the functions and tools provided by ClearQuest to manage defect and change tracking.
