It is first recommended that you are familiar with:

- the test objective/skills measured on the test. Use this as your checklist to determine your strengths, and identify those areas where you may need to focus more attention in your studies and preparation.
Next, use the recommended training resources on this page to further your knowledge. The recommended courses are: (6T800 or 6L800 or 6S800) and (6T815 or 6L815 or 6S815) and (6T825 or 6L825 or 6S825). The courses along with the other educational sources are recommended, but not required before taking a certification test. Determine for yourself how much preparation you require.

This course begins with an overview of Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Foundation and a brief introduction of its business models. The course then describes how to define Participants and create Organizations and users. Through a combination of procedural information and exercises, you will learn about topics such as how to assign attributes to the different roles defined in Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Foundation and configure user access policies.
This course is to train Hub and Enterprise administrative users to map the participants in a supply chain to their appropriate roles in Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Foundation.

The course then proceeds to describe sourcing and scheduling of orders, rules related to order fulfillment, and payment and the configuration of service capacity. The course concludes with an explanation of return orders.
This course is to train Hub and Enterprise administrative users to configure order management rules and administer the order fulfillment process.
