This Support Provider On-Boarding education is primarily for partners
who will be engaging with Tivoli in the provision of support to their end
users.
This education will cover the expectations of support delivery in
execution and delivery as well as support processes, resources
available, and tools that will assist you support our IBM software.
We value you as a Tivoli Support Provider and it important to the IBM
Client Support organization for you to understand IBM support
engagement processes as it provides a level of consistency in the way
IBM supports our Clients. We will also assess periodically our Partners
to determine process compliance and self-sufficiency.
