This hands-on workshop is designed to enable you to implement, service, and support the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager FastBack Center products.

IBM Tivoli Storage Manager FastBack products for Windows® servers provide critical application protection, central control, remote office protection, central vaulting, and e-mail recovery for up to 40 clients per server.

From installation to troubleshooting, you will spend 3 days exploring the features, best practices, and architecture of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager FastBack Center. This product includes IBM Tivoli Storage Manager FastBack, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager FastBack for Microsoft Exchange, and IBM Tivoli Storage Manager FastBack for Bare Machine Recovery.

You will be performing installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting exercises on virtual images of an actual TSM FastBack multisystem environment.
