Instructor Program Administrators

Though a worldwide program, the IBM Certified Instructor Program for Lotus Software is administered within each region. If you have any questions, want more information and/or have submitted an application to become certified as an Instructor for Lotus Software, you may email certify@us.ibm.com or contact the Administrator in your region directly. Contacting the Instructor Program Administrator will expediate the processing of your application.

Already certified but you've upgraded your professional qualifications? Tell us.
If you have updated your partnerworld profile, attained a new level of IBM professional certification, or passed an additional exam which qualifies you to teach additional courses, send an email to certify@us.ibm.com or your Instructor Program Administrator (see chart below). Please include your full name, testing id and the course codes or titles you want added to your portfolio. An official email will be sent to you granting you authority to teach the additional course(s), provided you are in good standing.
