Keeping up to date
Help us keep your demographic data current. Whenever you change your home or business address, e-mail address, phone
number, or company, you may notify either IBM or the test delivery vendor.
To update your demographic data:
- Go to the Certification Member Site where you can update your own contact
information, including email, postal address and company name. Click on "Member Services", then "Address
Information", to update your contact information.
If you have never visited the certification Member Site, you will need to register. To register for the site, visit: http://www.ibm.com/certify/memberinfo.shtml, where you will be presented with registration instructions.
In addition to changing your address in the profile we have for you at IBM, please be sure to update your address at each test vendor where you have tested. Test results sent to IBM include the address information the test vendor has on file, which will over-write any changes you have made on the Member Site.

Click on the link in the third box labeled "Update My Info/View My Testing History"
Click on Update Personal Information. Follow the instructions to sign-in or register for the Prometric Web site.
