IBM requires IBM Internet Security Systems Business Partners in North America to
maintain a minimum number of sales mastery and technical certifications in support
of each of the firm's IBM Business Partner relationships. Click here to review the

program guidelines and
reporting process. All
new Business Partners (or existing Business Partners adding IBM ISS products and
services from IBM or a Distributor) are required to meet these certification
requirements throughout their contract period and no later than six months from
their contract and/or product start date.
Note: Business Partners who want to understand the key skills, both sales and
technical for which to achieve Premier and Advanced level attainment should refer
to the
PartnerWorld Skills eligibility table.

Listed below are the IBM ISS certifications which count towards NA contract compliance. Active certifications
count towards contract compliance.

For IBM ISS products and services, one sales and one technical certification are required
from the following:

Technical:

and Reseller Business Partners acquiring IBM ISS products and services directly from IBM:
