| Report certifications |

When reporting or viewing firm certification status via the link below, you will be leaving this Web page and accessing the IBM PartnerWorld Profiling System (PPS) page. An IBM ID and password is required to report your employees candidate ID and view certifications achieved by the employees of your firm. Please select the PPS Viewing and Reporting link below to proceed. The processes below for reporting certifications are done via the Update Profile section of PPS.
| Reporting |
The employee or the Authorized Profile Administrator (APA) at each Business Partner firm should report all certified employee candidate IDs to IBM using the PartnerWorld Profiling System (PPS) Viewing and Reporting form. Using an employee-supplied candidate ID, the employee or the APA reports certification achievement. This form may also be used to indicate changes in demographic information for employees whose certifications have already been reported to the PartnerWorld Profiling System.
| Non-IBM certification reporting |
For non-IBM certifications, the reporting process follows these two steps:
- First step: Click on the link to access the
Non-IBM Certification Reporting Procedure (125KB). Get Adobe® Reader®
- Second step: Go to the PPS system to select the Non-IBM Certfication(s) that you want to report via a pulldown list. In addition, you must follow the procedure for sending in proof of your non-IBM reported certification via e-mail, fax, and/or external mail.
Note: In order for certifications to be accurately applied, employees must inform the firm APA contact of any/all updates and/or changes to their candidate ID.

| Employee movement |
Authorized Profile Administrator (APA) at each Business Partner firm must report Employee Movement to IBM via the IBM Business PartnerCertification Reporting Form within 30 days of the employee leaving the firm.
If the Business Partner fails to notify IBM that a certified employee has left their firm, leaving the firm without certification in a product area, the Business Partner forfeits the grace period. When IBM discovers that a certified employee has left the firm without prior notification from the firm, IBM reserves the right to terminate with notice the Business Partner's approval to sell the affected IBM products.
