Associate BPM Developer - WebSphere Lombardi Edition V7.2

IBM is pleased to announce the addition of the following job-role certification and applicable test to the Professional Certification Program from IBM (www.ibm.com/certify). This certification will be available worldwide September 8, 2011. By achieving this certification, entry level developers have validated their knowledge and skills, and can demonstrate their technical competence to others.

Test 000-175, IBM WebSphere Lombardi Edition V7.2, Development (Entry)


This entry level certification is intended for developers who deliver low complexity processes and contribute to delivery of moderate complexity processes under the guidance of a more experienced developer. These developers model and implement high quality process driven business solutions using WebSphere Lombardi Edition V7.2.

These associate BPM developers:

To attain the certification credential, candidates must pass 1 test: Test 000-175.

Test 000-175 is designed to measure skills in the areas of:

1. Process Server, General Modeling and Implementation 44%
2. Case Study 1: Process Modeling and Data 24%
3. Case Study 2: Complex Data 8%
4. Case Study 3: Creating and Implementing a Coach 24%

Practical experience and in-depth product knowledge are required to ensure success on the test.

To help candidates prepare, the following information is provided, and accessible via IBM Certified Associate BPM Developer - WebSphere Lombardi Edition V7.2:


Test 000-175 is available via test delivery vendor Prometric (link resides outside of ibm.com).

Test 000-175 is also available to IBM employees at a reduced rate via the IBM SWG Prime Test Centers, and IBMers can obtain test registration information via certify@us.ibm.com.

Test 000-175 is a 90 minute test. The test fee is set to the economy of a country as $200 USD each in developed countries and $100 USD each in emerging market countries. The test delivery vendor can verify the specific test fee within each country.
