IBM is pleased to announce that the WebSphere, SOA and XML certification tests, along with the other Software tests, are available at Impact 2010 held May 2-7 in Las Vegas.
Pending seat availability, registered conference attendees can take one or more Software certification tests. The details are as follows.

Test preparation
It is strongly recommended that you prepare for the test(s) before the conference.
To prepare for the Certification Tests, click here, scroll to Software and then the desired brand/technology and test number, select the desired/applicable 'Certification Title' and refer to the:
- job role / target audience - to which the certification test is built
- recommended prerequisites skills - knowledge and skills needed before preparing
- test objectives - skills measured on the test
- test preparation / training resources - to prepare based on the test objectives
- test preparation / assessment test - to gauge one's readiness for the actual test

Notes:
- The same test may be taken only twice in a 30 day period. Both attempts can be at this event.
- For each test, test takers are required to sign-in to take the test, and show their conference badge, and one ID with photo and signature.
- Previous IBM test takers, need to bring their certification testing ID #.
- Tests are closed-book, and computer-based, containing multiple-choice questions. They are delivered in a proctored environment via Prime, a password protected, web-based tool.
