IBM is pleased to announce the addition of the following job-role certification to the IBM Professional Certification Program:
IBM Certified Associate Developer - Cúram V6.
By achieving this certification, entry level developers have validated their knowledge and skills, and can demonstrate their technical competence to others.
To attain this certification credential, candidates must pass 1 test:
Test CUR-008: IBM Cúram V6, Development
Job Role Description / Target Audience
This entry level certification is intended for Java developers who will work as Cúram developers.
Test CUR-008 is available via test delivery vendor Prometric (link resides outside of ibm.com). The test fee is $200 USD each in developed countries and $100 USD each in emerging market countries. The test delivery vendor can verify the specific test fee within each country.
If you obtained a free exam voucher from Cúram training that is unused and valid beyond June 30, 2012, it will be honored. You will not be able to use your voucher between July 1 - 10, 2012. By July 11, anyone holding an unused and valid Cúram voucher will automatically receive a replacement voucher from IBM. This new (replacement) voucher must be presented when you register for your free exam. April course attendees will receive an extension on their exam voucher and be permitted to take their free exam through to end of July 2012.
Test CUR-008 is also available to IBM employees at a reduced rate via the IBM SWG Prime Test Centers.
