for this exam. These three items are the building blocks for the new exam and will help determine the exam and certification names.

Come to this session to learn how you, an experienced Domino administrator, can participate in IBM Collaboration Solutions certification exam development!
This session warms up with a brief overview of the recently-revamped exam development process.
Then we move into high gear as the planning begins for the Install and Configure IBM Notes and Domino 9.0 Social Edition exam with the Job Task Analysis (JTA) Workshop!
The JTA Workshop is the first step in the exam development process, and our result will be a job role description, a list of prerequisite knowledge for the exam,
and a brainstormed list of tasks to be used in the actual exam's development!

Come to this session to learn how you, an experienced Domino administrator, can participate in IBM Collaboration Solutions certification exam development!
This session warms up with a brief overview of the recently-revamped exam development process.
We'll continue where Part I left off with brainstorming a task list for use in the actual exam's development.
