IBM is pleased to announce the addition of the following job-role certification to the Professional Certification Program from IBM:IBM Certified Solution Designer - Case Manager V5.1.

By achieving this certification, intermediate level solution designers have validated their knowledge and skills, and can demonstrate their technical competence to others.

To attain this certification credential, candidates must pass 1 test:
Test 000-586, IBM Case Manager V5.1, Solution Designer

Job Role Description / Target Audience

This intermediate level certification is intended for solution designers that create the theoretical and/or detailed technical design of an application, solution, infrastructure using IBM Case Manager V5.1 (ICM). Provide expertise to evaluate and choose between alternatives; assist with balancing costs with capabilities and priorities. Identify products / technologies / processes to be included, and determines points of required integration and customization. Identify sizing and capacity issues, as well as conflicts with existing processes or environments.

Test 000-586 is designed to measure skills in the areas of:
