SOA Certification: 2008 Customer Satisfaction Survey

Tell us what you think! Take our 10 minute 2008 Customer Satisfaction Survey.
To take the survey:
| 1. Access the Web-based test delivery tool Prime. |
| | Note: If you already have an account on Prime, select Secure Sign-In and continue |
| | to Main Menu. Otherwise select First Time Registration and follow the 2 steps below: |
| | Step 1: | If you already have a Prometric certification ID number enter it into Step 1. If you do not have one, leave field in Step 1 blank, and proceed to Step 2. |
| | Step 2: | Select the SOA Assessment/Sample Tests section. Enter your demographic data and 'Submit'. |
2. On Main Menu - Candidate/Delivery, select Take Test (first option).
3. Under Public Test (first rectangle), select the SOA Assessment/Sample Tests section, and
'Submit'.
4. Under Outline View, select SOA: 2008 Customer Satisfaction Survey, and proceed with on
screen instructions
