This promotion will be withdrawn on September 30, 2012. Course attendees who take courses before the expiration date, have up to 6 months from completing the course to take the aligning certification tests for free.

Course codes vary slightly per country. Additional characters identify the country in which the course is delivered.

Public and private courses scheduled, delivered and taught by IBM Training with these course codes are qualifying courses.

Custom courses with different course codes do not qualify.

This offer is limited in Japan to Tests 253, 669 and 667 and their respective courses WA361/UCA92, WS007/UCA50.

  • test objectives or detailed skills measured on the test
    Note: The course(s) alone will not adequately prepare one for the exam(s).
    All recommended sources on the training resources list, extensive product knowledge and practical experience are required.
  • test preparation / training resources used to prepare based on the test objectives.
  • assessment test to gauge ones readiness for the actual test

  1. This offer is only valid for courses scheduled, delivered and taught by IBM Training.
  2. IBM reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time.
  3. This offer is available worldwide per the effective date specified in the table above.
  4. Qualifying training courses must commence on or after the effective date.
  5. Enrollments in qualifying courses are subject to availability.
  6. Course listings and schedules are subject to change without notice.
  7. Students are responsible for any travel and living expenses associated with attendance of a qualifying training course.
  8. One promotional code will be issued for each qualifying course attended.
  9. Discount promotional codes are not transferable and are good only on specified exams.
  10. Promotional codes can only be redeemed at a Prometric Authorized Testing Center. They are not valid at the IBM SWG Prime Test Centers.
  11. Students are responsible for any travel and living expenses associated with certification testing.
  12. The tests for which the promotional codes are used, need to be taken before the expiration date, which is six (6) months after the completion of the course.
  13. Earned certification certificates will automatically be sent within two (2) weeks upon passing the required certification exam(s).
