This test is intended for individuals new to the storage platform or refreshing fundamental storage skills. Minimum experience of 6 months in the storage sales role is recommended. This sales rep is responsible for selling disk and tape products, and storage software. A basic understanding of basic storage technologies and IBM messages is desirable. He/she should also understand basic product positioning within the IBM product line, and key differentiators of IBM storage products within the product line.
