This sales mastery test examines IBM AnyPlace Kiosk models 3xx, 5xx, 7xx, and 9xx knowledge regarding the ability to identify, manage and close sales opportunities. 

The test is applicable to sales representatives who demonstrate sales knowledge of the AnyPlace Kiosk models 3xx, 5xx, 7xx, and 9xx and targets the sales professional who can deliver a comprehensive business solution to customers through solution identification, product differentiation, and competitive positioning.

It is strongly advised that the candidate complete the recommended education prior to attempting this sales mastery test.

IMPORTANT: After you pass a test, be sure to add your Prometric Candidate ID to your company's PartnerWorld profile! You will receive an e-mail from results@prometric.com  after the test which will provide your Prometric Candidate ID.

Q: I have never signed on at Prometric's Web-based test delivery tool before, what should I do?

A:  Access Prometric's Web-based test delivery tool also called Prime.

  • If you already have an account on Prime, select Secure Sign-In and continue to Take Test. Otherwise select First Time Registration and follow the 2 steps below:

Step 1: If you already have a Prometric ID number enter it into Step 1. If you do not have one, do not make one up, just proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Select the Retail Store Solutions - Mastery Tests section. Enter your demographic data and 'Submit'.

Note: Choose your username and password that you will use every time you take a test via Prime. Record them for future reference, along with your ID number that Prime generates.

  • Select Take Test (first option). 
  • Under Public Test (first rectangle), select the Retail Store Solutions - Mastery Tests section, and 'Submit'. 
  • Select the number of the test you want to take and proceed with on screen instructions.
