The Sametime Unified Telephony (SUT) Technical Skills Roadmap has defined 3 levels of skill: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each skill level has its associated requirements and learning activities that include an Instructor led or self-study Technical Skills workshop.
This entry level technical sales mastery test is taken after the stated prerequisites for the Basic Level Technical Skills workshop are completed and before acceptance into the Basic Level workshop can be granted. Successful passing of this entry level technical sales mastery test is one of the requirements for acceptance into the Basic Level Technical Skills workshop.
There are 4 Technical Sales Mastery tests that are used to validate the technical knowledge and SUT understanding of the participant at each skill level. The remaining 3 technical sales mastery tests are taken after the completion of each skill level workshop and is one of the requirements for participants to advance their skill level.
