IBM recognizes that many IBM Business Partners are selling IBM cross-software social business solutions as well as individual social business products. To support the solutions focus, IBM has developed a sales mastery test covering the following product groups/products: Cognos, Enterprise Content Management, Lotus (Connections, Quickr, Sametime, WebSphere Portal).
Upon completion of the recommended education, you are ready to take the IBM Social Business Solution Sales Mastery Test v1 to become an IBM Social Business Solution Sales Professional v1*.
You are allowed two attempts to pass a sales mastery test. After 2 failed attempts, you must wait three months before taking the test again. Please see FAQs (link is at the bottom of the page).
