I.  TAUT201 - Introduction to Tivoli Automation  18 minutes

If you need to understand the Tivoli Automation "breadth of coverage", then this is the course to take. This is a quick high-level overview of the Tivoli Automation portfolio. This course will set the foundation for the following courses and expose you to a "six step" process for talking to customers about the Tivoli Automation portfolio.

II.  TAUT301 - Discovery and Change Management  28 minutes    

This module takes you through the characteristics of a good discovery software package. It defines discovery as allowing you to discover components, centralize and visualize the configuration of those components, map the relationships of the components and finally tell what changed. It also takes you through the key features of a good CMDB and why Tivoli refers to its CMDB as a "C"CMDB. This will set the basis for you to be able to talk to your customers about TADDM and Tivoli's CCMDB.

III.  TAUT401 - Managing Resources  31 minutes

This module will help a new Tivoli sales rep to understand the key IT resources that are located in a data center that need to be monitored at the most basic levels to provide a foundation for a customer to move to service management. It will define such key concepts as middleware, application servers, service oriented architectures, messaging and more. The intent of this course is to make you feel more comfortable making a sales call and having a high level understanding of the key technologies that we monitor, market share of key vendors that need to be monitored and their importance to the customer. This will open your eyes to the potential for ITM, ITM for Microsoft Applications and ITCAM for Applications in your accounts.

IV.  TAUT601 - Managing SOA Environments  9 minutes

This module attempts in a few minutes to help you understand why customers are moving to an SOA environment. If you have never understood SOA, this is the course to take. In this course learn the basics of SOA, why customers are moving to SOA and why this creates a significant opportunity for you with ITCAM for SOA Platform.

V.  TAUT701 - Managing Network Performance  49 minutes

Tivoli Network Performance Manager provides a single solution for fixed/IP and wireless domains for customers that are evolving towards consolidated network operations management, and this describes most customers today. This is the future of networking. This training will help you understand the value this solution provides to customers looking to grow their business and also reduce the costs associated with running it.

VI.  TAUT801 - Consolidated Operations Mgt and Network Mgt  21 minutes

This module concentrates on the Event Management or Consolidated Operations Management products. After viewing this module you will be able to:   Describe the COM discipline and the associated product families; Describe how the COM products fit into the overall BA portfolio;  Learn how to use the COM value propositions and capabilities to drive OI and build pipeline.

VII.  TAUT902 - Business Service Management  8 minutes

This training provides you with an introduction to the Tivoli Business Service Manager product. It provides you with basic information about the role the product plays in solving customer's service management problems, the basic features and functions. It also provides you with some basic market intelligence such as sales successes for 2008, a competitive overview, and other resources available to you.

VIII.  TAUT1001 - Service Quality Management  

The objective is to provide an introductory level of sales training for an important solution in the Tivoli Netcool portfolio, and to address customer pain points around Service Quality Management.

IX.  TZ102 - IBM Tivoli System z Service Mgt Center  34 minutes

The Tivoli zService Management Center is a new approach and focus for System z as a set of integration solutions and new process automation capabilities that enable System z as a highly reliable hub for efficient management of business and IT services that span the enterprise.
