Instructor Competency Requirements by Course

This table provides a listing of select IBM Collaboration Solutions authorized courseware and a summary of the competency required to teach that course. All other instructor requirements as outlined in the IBM Certified Instructor for IBM Collaboration Solutions Software Program Guide must be met. For a complete list of courseware, including workshops and information on Instructor-led online offerings, please refer to the program guide (pdf, 68KB).

For each course you teach, you must buy the Instructor Guide (where available). In the event an Instructor Guide has not been translated into the local language, you may purchase the Student Guide. Information on how to buy Instructor Guides can be found in the IBM Certified for Collaboration Solutions Instructor Community. Certified instructors must be a member of Lotus Greenhouse to gain access.

When course materials are updated, instructors must follow an "upgrade" process to become authorized to teach the new version of the course. The specific process will depend on the degree of change in the technology and courseware from one version to the next. Completion of the upgrade requirements may result in provisional authorization to teach the new version of the course until an applicable certification exam is made available.
