Job Role Description / Target Audience
The Associate understands the essentials of Web application security and the critical role played by static analysis. This individual is familiar with all components and interfaces of Rational AppScan Source Edition and has the technical knowledge to install and configure the software, scan applications, optimize findings, triage results, and obtain remediation information to fix vulnerabilities.
Given a customer-s infrastructure and business requirements the Associate uses their skills and knowledge to qualify the opportunity, educate key decision makers, and determine the best deployment configuration.
