This certification targets intermediate level specialists.
This certification involves a stand-alone intermediate level test. It is intended for specialists with change management experience using IBM Rational ClearQuest v7.1 (CQ).
These Specialists install, configure, and use Rational ClearQuest. This includes common usage for end users, and CQ administrators, different deployment environments, and setup of team environments.
To attain the IBM Certified Specialist - Rational ClearQuest v7.1 certification, candidates must pass 1 test. To prepare for this test, based on the job role and test objectives, refer to the Recommended Educational Resources under Core Requirements below.
Required Prerequisite(s)
- Experience with installing and configuring ClearQuest v7.1 in various environments, with the enterprise level databases solutions, i.e. DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Experience with ClearQuest v7.1 defining project record types, and project states, project actions, and project roles.
- Familiarity with the CQ migration tools, and integration with other products.
