This certification targets intermediate level specialists.
This certification involves a stand-alone intermediate level test. It is intended for specialists with change management experience using IBM Rational ClearCase v7.1 (CC).
These Specialists install, configure, and use Rational ClearCase. This includes common usage for end users, and CC administrators, different deployment environments, and setup of team environments.
To attain the IBM Certified Specialist - Rational ClearCase v7.1 certification, candidates must pass 1 test. To prepare for this test, based on the job role and test objectives, refer to the Recommended Educational Resources under Core Requirements below.
Required Prerequisite(s)
- Experience with installing and configuring ClearCase v7.1 in various environments. Including different flavors of Windows, UNIX and Linux.
- Experience with ClearCase v7.1 defining project record types, and project states, project actions, and project roles.
- Familiarity with the CC migration tools, and integration with other products.
