    • Basic administration (e.g., creating pages, adding portlets)
    • Troubleshooting/reviewing log information
  • For those with a basic understanding of IBM WebSphere Member Manager
  • For those familiar with relational database concepts, including:
    • Table structure
    • Defining administration access requirements
  • And finally, for those having a general knowledge of LDAP directories, including:
    • User and group management
    • Hierarchical structure
    • Filters
    • Schema extension
