Required Prerequisites The following qualifications are requirements for success: - Creating IBM Tivoli Business Service Manager V4.1.1 Templates, Services, SLA rules - Perform complete back of the full TBSM Environment for either moving to another system, or restore or TBSM environment in case of crash - Knowledge of Omnibus - Knowledge of Security Manager (users, roles, groups and how to set permissions of objects) - Knowledge of external authentication via omnibus and LDAP - Configure TBSM to work in an SSL environment for the SM heading - Knowledge of customizing canvases and scorecards - Knowledge of data fetchers and ESDAs - Configure custom pages and layouts - Knowledge of custom viewpoint actions
Recommended Prerequisites In addition, experience in the following areas is highly recommended: - Basic Understanding of Impact Policy development - Basic Understanding of Webtop Configuration
