• Install and configure the IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager for Response Time (ITCAM for RT) V6.2 Tivoli Enterprise Management Agents (TEMA); Web Response Time, Robotic Response Time, Client Response Time, End User Response Time (EURT) Dashboard
• Troubleshoot ITCAM for RT V6.2
• Create Rational Performance Tester, Rational Robot, and custom scripts for deployment of robotic monitoring of an application
• Enable monitoring of real user transactions on client workstations

• Working knowledge of operating systems
• General knowledge of server hardware
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles
• Working knowledge of system administration of UNIX, Windows or Linux operating systems
• Working knowledge of relational databases
