This should be accomplished by demonstrating strong product and competitive knowledge, coupled with strong retail industry knowledge, with minimal assistance.
To attain the IBM Certified Specialist - Retail Store Solution Sales V3 certification, candidates must pass 1 test.

- Consultative sales education or related experience
- Successful sales experience
- Exposure to the entire sales cycle
- Twelve to eighteen months experience in POS
- Understanding of industry metrics and operations
- Exposure to retail trade conferences
