This entry level certification is intended for BPM analysts who deliver low complexity processes and contribute to delivery of moderate complexity processes under the guidance of an intermediate BPM analyst. These associate BPM analysts possess discipline and competence to analyze and communicate business needs for process-oriented solutions.
- Employ the Process Modeling phases, goals and deliverables.
- Communicate process needs through the expected, exception, and escalation paths in a Business Process Definition model.
- Capture, define, analyze, improve, and document a process model in IBM BPM Blueprint and IBM WebSphere Lombardi Edition.
- Ability to identify Business Case and Requirements.
- Ability to identify Key Opportunities.
- Ability to identify Process Return on Investment (ROI).
- Enforce delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
To attain the IBM Certified Associate BPM Analyst - BPM Blueprint; WebSphere Lombardi Edition V7.1, candidates must possess the skills outlined under Recommended Prerequisite Skills below and pass 1 test. Complete a BPM project using IBM Websphere Lombardi Edition V7.1, while serving in the role of BPM analyst. This project should be completed utilizing IBM BPM Blueprint, demonstrating best practices, as well as the identification of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the project.
