Job Role Description / Target Audience
This intermediate level certification is intended for developers who design, develop and deploy Java EE and OSGi enterprise applications using IBM WebSphere Application Server Developer Tools for Eclipse (WDT) and WebSphere Application Server V8.5 Liberty Profile.
A developer who passes this exam is able to:
- install IBM WebSphere Application Server Developer Tools for Eclipse V8.5 and WebSphere Application Server V8.5 with Liberty Profile.
- develop Java EE and OSGi enterprise applications.
- configure and deploy the applications to the Liberty profile server.
- perform problem determination.
The developer is generally self-sufficient and is able to perform most of the tasks involved in the role with limited amount of assistance from peers and vendor support services. The developer efficiently uses product documentation.
