This intermediate
level certification is intended for solution
developers or implementers who are responsible for configuring and deploying
SOA solutions using IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances. This includes
WebSphere DataPower XML Accelerator XA35, WebSphere DataPower XML Security
Gateway XS40, and WebSphere DataPower Integration Appliance XI50.
An
implementer who passes this exam is able to deploy IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA
Appliances: - to accelerate XML
processing.
- to secure SOA
implementations.
- to integrate heterogeneous systems into SOA
environments.
- to provide monitoring and service-level
management for SOA Governance.
To attain
the IBM Certified Solution Developer - WebSphere
DataPower SOA Appliances, Firmware V3.6.1, candidates must possess the skills outlined under Recommended Prerequisite
Skills below and pass 1
test. To gain additional knowledge and skills, and
prepare for the tests based on the job role and test objectives, take the link

Note: This V3.6.1 certification is
a follow-on to the V3.6.0 certification; there is a 15-20% difference from
the V3.6.0 to V3.6.1
certification.
