This high-end intermediate
level certification is intended for business
analysts who use IBM WebSphere Business Modeler Advanced V6.0.2 to design
business models and processes. They perform organization and
resource modeling, analyze processes considering a variety of dimensions, build
accurate and realistic simulations, create reports, and identify business
measures to address productivity and performance
management. Generally, these individuals have developed skills in
Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Activities Management (BAM)
practices. They are familiar with the SOA
lifecycle.
It is expected that these
individuals will be self-sufficient and perform tasks with limited assistance
from peers, product documentation and vendor support services. To be
successful with this high-end intermediate level certification,
candidates are expected to prepare based on the test objectives (skills
measured on a test), utilize the recommended training resources, and have
relevant practical experience.
