This certification validates the ability to engage customers, develop an Innovation enabled by On Demand Business strategic vision, translate customer requirements into Innovation enabled by On Demand Business opportunities, and manage the customer relationship. It is applicable to sales representatives who demonstrate expertise in solution selling and deliver comprehensive Innovation enabled by On Demand Business solutions to customers through solution identification, product differentiation, and competitive positioning. 

To attain the IBM Certified for On Demand Business - Solution Advisor V2 certification, candidates must pass one exam. 

Test 818, IBM Certified for On Demand Business - Solution Advisor V2 replaces Test 816, IBM Certified for On Demand Business - Solution Advisor.


Recommended Skills

  •  Minimum of six months sales experience specifically with Innovation enabled by On Demand Business solutions. 
  • Approximately two years general IT sales experience. 
  • Training in solution selling, or equivalent experience. 
  • Training in IBM Innovation enabled by On Demand Business , or equivalent experience. 
  • Working knowledge of Innovation enabled by On Demand Business concepts.
