Job Role Description / Target Audience

The IBM Certified Operator - System i v5.07.10 is an individual who can perform general systems operation tasks with minimal supervision and complex operation tasks with supervision.  

The target audience for this certification is:  System Operators with 18 months to two years experience seeking a credential to validate skills and augment promotion possibilities or hiring qualifications, Students in a course of study designed to deliver System operations skills to the level that the candidate, on completion, has sufficient academic and lab experience to meet the criteria of a minimally qualified certification candidate, or IBM or Business Partner personnel in a position to support customers at any level of system operations or to support internal systems.
