The accessibility checklists and techniques are reviewed annually and updated to address new requirements identified during the review or to address new accessibility regulations and legislation. The purpose of this document is to track the changes made for each checklist update.

- Checkpoint 3.2b: Added an example that there should be a way to inform the user that clicking on certain links or areas of a window will open pop-up windows or change the active window.

Added techniques 2-4 to General section with statement "There are no specific examples for General developers.". Under HTML section, last 2 bullets should be technique 3 and 4 and the formatting needs to be corrected. Script examples after technique 4 should not be indented and the example headers should be <h4> and gray. CSS example after technique 3 should not be indented and the example headers should be <h4> and gray.
