IPP is a comprehensive, open architecture framework aimed to seamless delivery of relevant information and services to mobile users, based on their profile and their location.

This framework (Anywhere, Anytime, Any Device), is aimed at seamlessly delivering relevant multilingual information (text, image, sound, video), localisation services (guidance, where am I?), real time information (consulting, advice, alerts, social network...) to mobile users, based on their profile and their location.

In order to localise mobile devices (GSM, Smartphone, IPhone or gPhone), IPP is using spatial identification technology (2D-barcode, Bluetooth, Wifi, GPS...).

Being localised and without interaction, the users may receive and send information, using IPP and an existing communication network (GPRS, 3G, Wifi...).
